We read Arabic, English, French and Malay. Write in whichever of the four you are most comfortable in — a report in your own language is far more useful than a rough translation into ours.

This is the message we most want to receive. Include the city, the prayer, the time we show, the time you believe is correct, and where your correct time comes from — your mosque's timetable, your national authority, or another site. A report that names its source can be acted on; one without usually cannot.

What we change in response is published on the corrections page, dated, including the cases where we concluded we were right. A difference of two or three minutes from a local mosque is usually a precautionary margin rather than an error, but we would still rather hear about it than not.

If you run a mosque or community site, the widget is free and we will set it up for you — a different calculation method, an Arabic-only layout, your own colours, or a calendar feed your congregation can subscribe to. Tell us the city and the site, and we will send back the exact line of HTML to paste. There is no charge and no account.

Privacy questions and data requests go to the same address; what we do and do not hold is set out on the privacy policy page. Licensing questions about reusing our times are answered by the terms page, which permits commercial reuse with attribution.

This is an independent project run by one engineer, not a support desk. A reply usually takes a few days, and a reported error is normally investigated before it is answered, because an answer without a check is worth nothing on this subject. We do not send marketing of any kind to anyone who writes to us.
